At Paradis Madrid we have always been interested in the soul of raw materials. For years we bet on the trazacalidad when almost no such expression existed.
The importance of the land, the race, the healthy feeding of the animals, the methods of ecological and natural cultivation, the recovery of varieties that are about to disappear, the search for almost lost flavors … have been our motto in the Restaurant since our beginning .
The culinary care we feel for trazacalidad in its wide sense, has led us to create Aulas Paradis, born with the intention of discovering, in a playful and original way, the soul of food, beverages and raw materials.

Would you like to participate in an exclusive gastronomic activity? Come to Paradis Madrid and enjoy the tasting of three wines and three tapas.
Discover the most influential national wines with the pleasant company of a professional sommelier who will attend to all your doubts and doubts about the wines.
You can also taste three tapas designed by chef Domingo Arco that harmonizes the wines of the most important wineries in Spain: Barbadillo, Codorniu, Freixenet.

Do you want to awaken the 5 senses, enjoy the infinite pleasure of our gastronomy and know a part of its secrets, virtues, qualities and origins?
Come to the Restaurant Paradis Madrid, located in the heart of Madrid (30 meters from the Plaza de las Cortes) to discover in a playful and original way, the soul of food, drinks and raw materials from the hand of our great chef Domingo Arco .
A unique experience, where the experience and creativity in the kitchen are fused. And at an unrepeatable price!
The tapas menu that will be elaborated consists of:
● Gold, silver and copper the cheese podium.
● Banderilla-Gilda (two looks two versions … one single concept).
● Sauce of hake with grilled skewer and reduction of its spines.
● False risotto of black rice, sepia noodles and Lima aioli.
1 drink per person to choose:
– Mineral water with and without gas
– Glass of white wine or D.O. Somontano
– Beer with or without alcohol
A gastronomic show that you can not miss!
The chef will make a gastronomic menu in view of the attendees teaching all the haute cuisine tricks related to the dishes to be tasted.
Duration of the activity: Around 1 hour and a half.
You will experience the kitchen from within, using avant-garde products and techniques available to everyone. Tasting one tapa per person, one drink per person.
